First off, Jonathan was very knowledgeable about the shoes that would work for me even before I did the foot scan. Once I completed the scan he had me try on three different pairs of shoes and even though I liked the first pair he offered that he might have another pair in the back that would be better than the choice I had made and indeed it was. I also purchased an insole that seemed to conform to my feet from the results of the foot scan. Great work Jonathan!

A little back story;
I was a Big River customer for quite a while and never had a problem with them, but they didn’t have the color of shoe that I wanted. And then couldn’t give me a good answer why or answer other questions I had about other shoes, then tried to sell me something that I didn’t want. So I tried Fleet Feet, my wife is a long time customer and I have bought her running clothes there many times because Big River doesn’t have many options.
I went to the South County store and Liz greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and was very helpful right off the bat. She was very knowledgeable and kind and got me the shoe I wanted from the start.
I got a pair of Hoka Speed Goat 4’s , she asked if i wanted to try any other brands and suggested a pair of Altra Lone Peaks but I have tried these shoes and still prefer Hoka’s. Liz was not pushy and you couldn’t ask for better customer service.
I am now a Fleet Feet customer from now on, I usually wear out a pair of shoes every 3 to 4 months. Thanks Liz!!
