I’d like to remain anonymous in this feedback. I worked with Joe for many months and things were going ok at first but finally got to a point where I didn’t feel like my needs were being met. I recently changed to work with Lonn and really wish I would have pushed for the change earlier. There were times I would mention things to Joe about areas I wanted to work on and I felt like he didn’t even hear me. He is very focused on himself and seems distracted at times. Many times he had mentioned that he was going to quit which just put me in an uncomfortable position. Lonn is very professional and I am very happy to be working with him now.

1. Reduce # trainers/client- will have had at least 4 different trainers over 11 sessions; as a result my first 3 sessions, we repeated the initial assessment because somehow the information did not get input and/or pulled back out of the system prior to my visits. 2. Options very limited to change if it's not working well with a particular trainer; 2 trainers I did like, left after 1-2 sessions. 3. I'd prefer a more intense workout, even given restrictions due to injuries I still prefer a higher intensity and pace. I'm sure this varies by client but I haven't seen a ton of responsivity around that.

There has been a lot of turn over in the gym staff in the 3 short months since I have started. While the trainers have all been great, it would be nice to have some stability.

Steve is incredible! Always tunes the workouts to exactly what we need and keeps us motivated to keep making progress! Fun and challenging workouts, and a safe and friendly environment, plus he's helping us get great results and be consistent with it!

No show of trainer at my appointment Friday morning at 9 am. While I think the trainers are very knowledgeable, I don’t feel I’m challenged or have a set program based on my goals as I have a different trainer each time. I have worked out with a trainer prior to coming to FT - my schedule was 3 times a week for an hour. My goal here is to maintain and continue to build muscle mass and raise my heart rate in the process to burn a few calories. I’m not sure I’m accomplishing that or there are any metrics in place to measure it. I’m open to discuss as I want each workout to reach my goals.
