Friendly and professional treatment from my first inquiring phone call to the minute the service persons came into then left my home. Willingness of the service persons to take the time to answer my questions and to explain what they were using to clean the carpet. Fast but thorough. Then, a follow up call from the company to make sure I was satisfied with the service. It was a totally pleasant experience.

thorough, friendly people

You were quick to respond to my request. Super friendly and professional. Great communication upon arrival of what to ecpect. Willing to listen to concerns regarding cleaning. My sofa looks terrific (stain on back gone) however, the skirting on front bottom still has a line across it and I wondered if the service man tried cleaning the underside of it. Overall it looks much better!
