I believe the equipment is superior as my carpets are semi dry within 12 hrs unlike other companies that I have used and not been happy with and it takes close to 48 hrs to feel dry. My carpets look extremely clean - all stains out where as other companies are not able to get them out the way ServiceMaster does.

Efficient and effective
It's a big job for one person, but he did a great job. The carpets look great and the stains were removed. I asked him to see if he could get the furniture "dents" out and for the most part that looks great too.
I have not had you in my home to clean upholtery in a while, but will in the future.
The service I have used has been the "in home" rug pick up and cleaning at the plant.
I don't have room to have the rugs cleaned on the spot.
The pick up people were very courteous, they arrived at the agreed time and picked up and left the rugs without any problem.
