Service was very good. Floor cleaned up nicely. Only one issue. A phone plug in the floor must have gotten wet and shorted out my phones. Most all phones in the house are dead. We were without phones for a couple of days. Cox sent a repairman out who worked a couple of hours then said that we would have to call an electrician to have this repaired. We have not done that yet and and are using the outlet that works.

The job (sofa cleaning) was done thoroughly and the technician was on time, polite and helpful. He gave me cleaning tips, worked efficiently, was friendly but not overly familiar. My sofas were left in perfect condition and the price was reasonable. I have used ServiceMaster of Kalamazoo before and I have been happy with the result every time.
