I've seen good improvements from last year. So I would say just continue to improve in that area as you already are.

I am responding on behalf of the work in the Los Banos office for MCOE. It is my understanding that they have changed the cleaning person, so things might have improved. I worked late evenings in the office for the past 1 1/2 months, and the cleaning person was there cleaning approx. 45 minutes. She did some dusting of the tops of the cubicles, she emptied the trashcans, and did very sporatic vacuuming in the office. The bathroom was not cleaned well, especially the toilet. It appeared she used the same spray for the counters and the bathroom and the one towel she had for both.
We have had a lot of turn over in the individuals responsible for cleaning our building. It would be great to have some stability with the personnel since we are a financial institution and need to know who is coming and going. The 2 janitors we have right now are very good and hopefully they will stay!
Floors are not clean, restroom supplies do not get filled or fixed, have to call to for service. Cleaners are calling in late so I get a call at home for late closing.
