Provide an excellent and efficient service. Always at the end of the phone should we need to discuss any problems (which is very rare), and great at communicating with us, offering monthly meetings to discuss any issues.

The cleaners are all hard workers, polite and friendly. You ask them to do something and they do it. They get on with our residents and staff.
Great service from the Cleaner who is exceptional and from Service Master in general for any enquiries. Only improvement needed is better organisation around our full time cleaners holiday, as i am always worried due to past events about her cover. Communication needed to the showroom manager ahead of time, being able to run through open and close procedure and even providing contact details for the cover cleaner ahead of time. for smoother transition.
