Our Teammate Sonia is very fastidious and meticulous with an exceptional attention to detail. She is never ill and does an amazing job. We miss her when she has to take holiday but everyone deserves a break. If very occasionally we ask her to do something out of the ordinary, outside of the contract she is only to willing to accommodate our request.

When we increased the size of the business to 2 buildings, she also increased her hours so that now we enjoy the same level of cover and cleanliness in both buildings.
