I usually don't have to wait when I come in for an appointment, which speaks of your ability to not over schedule. I like that because it shows attention for the customer.

I really enjoyed the whole experience w the fraxel....nxt in 2 weeks I have an appt for ultherapy....so excited and so far so good on results I think I see and feel. I just had the fraxel on Friday so I'm waiting now to see all the results as time goes on. I thought everyone was super nice and will refer as many people as I can...I also liked the fact that I don't have to go all the way to bev hills for the only procedures I've had as far as peels...never had laser and I'm glad I found dr laser to be my first. ( now I know why all the stars look as good as they do)

Everyone was great. Very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. The new manager, i forget her name, was very nice. I went in on a Spabro package and came out purchasing a laser hair removal package. I'm very happy with how everything went.

Sherry's facial services was fabulous!! SHe wasn't overly talkative and it was a relaxing experience. The only con: it was supposed to be 60 minutes and it ended in 45 minutes.
