I love that Nurse Next Door is willing to work with your schedule. NND is not restrictive and I am allowed normal time off with reasonable notice. They genuinely seem to care for staff and clients. The reason for not a full 10 is that I wish some shifts were shorter then 3hours as my schedule is restricted and it's hard to get more hours. But i knew that getting hired so I am happy with the hours that I am able to work.
