The ease of scheduling appointments is so helpful. The staff is so friendly and enjoyable to be around. Kelly is the best laser hair technician ever. She's kind and quick. She does a great job as quickly as possible so you notice the pain of the laser a lot less. She's the best! I will for sure keep telling my friends to come to Skin Matters.

Friendly and informative staff.
The staff is very friendly and takes the time to explain how the lasers work. The only downside is the actual rooms you are in are not as attractive as the lobby so if that's my only complaint, I would say this place is fabulous! Still waiting to see results but look forward to throwing out my razors!

I Love the team they have put together at this location. They are all very informative. I usually have my procedures done with Whitney but recently had another lady and she was just as helpful and gentle. I lOVE them!!
I love Whitney. She is great to chat with and takes her time and does a great job with all the services that she does. I also have never had anyone extract blackheads and it NOT be painful- but she has a way of doing it and I'm not dying while it is happening!
