I came in for a consultation and was greeted promptly. Even though the staff had lost someone last minute they made sure everyone was taken care of and even offered the clients who'd been waiting a while free laser hair removal sessions to compensate them for their time. Everyone on staff was super friendly and accommodating. I will be using them for much more than the Laser Hair Removal package I've already purchased. They have an awesome monthly membership package that I'm looking into!
