The crews always show up on time. Reminders are sent several days before the scheduled cleaning. I've had to reschedule a couple of times and they were able to accommodate without problems. Work performed is good!!!

Nikki, the lady assigned to me, is very nice and does an excellent job at cleaning. I had a schedule conflict as my son had a 16 week clinical and Nikki was very accommodating by changing the day of week for cleaning during this time.
