Very professional
I love the service with 2 exceptions: Despite my request to use a specific furniture dusting cloth on wood surfaces, they seem to just dust with fluffy dusters that don’t do well. Also, they keep neglecting the large dresser mirror and the glass topper on my night stand.

Larry is super responsive and attentive. When I have had a problem with my clean or my crew, he works hard to address the problem right away. I can tell that it is important to him that he doesn't lose a client.
