Very helpful in working with me & my schedule. Melissa is very friendly & helpful. Josh is helpful in explaining things to me as I never understand. Feel as if I can trust them not to charge me for services not needed which has been an issue for me in past. Thankful for the coupons.

I'm a novice to mechanics but walked in and said I needed new brakes... I thought I might need an oil change and some new tires. It turns out I only needed new wiper blades. Honest people do really save you a lot of money.
I like the fact that I got estimates as to how much more wear my tires and brakes might withstand before my next visit.
This is my second time with Precision, and I am very happy with both experiences.

The customer service was amazing!!! Besides the apology for the wait, he recommended a near by restaurant that was great! Then upon my return, there was fresh coffee in the lobby with a clean serving area!!! He gave great recommendations on the next service of my car along with price quotes.... Great experience!
