Hi -- I have been so happy with the way your picture taking has been organized over the last several seasons. Check in is easy, and the photographers are always kind, yet efficient. I am also pleased that we now have the ability to go online to process payments.
My only gripe was this season: I paid online for two of my kids prior to picture day. However, we were unexpectedly out of town on picture day. So I gave the online receipts to both coaches (one baseball & one soccer). I was hoping to get the team pictures even though my children weren't in them, especially since I had paid for the baseball pictures. Both coaches told me they turned in my receipts that day, but I didn't get either team picture. When I called you, a very helpful lady said she would send them to me. I received the soccer picture, but the baseball picture was not my son's team. I realize this is an odd situation, but I would think that since I ordered on line, it wouldn't be too crazy to link me with my teams.
Other than that, I think you do a first class job, and really appreciate the great pictures we've gotten over the last several seasons. thank you! Judith Last name removed
