The picture quality was very good, the company has very good customer service and just nice.
The picture 8x10 print I ordered was great. The only reason I gave a 9 instead of 10 score is that the mailing envelope was soft, which gave little or no protection against creases. Fortunately, the print, though slightly bent, did not get creased, so it's fine after sitting under a book a little while.
Got a friendly clear mail. The photo was sent very quick and has a good quality.

The error made in my order was quickly and easily remedied by the associate. Last year was similar. The photo chosen was not the best option. I brought this up by calling TSS. The associate showed me other options and printed my replacement order at no extra cost. The pictures are taken efficiently and I know that even if there is a problem later, TSS will fix it.
