Good quality and if there is a mistake, it is corrected quickly and re-sent. However, I did not know the cheer pictures were being sent to Pasadena. I paid for shipping and would like them to come to my house. Yesterday I asked Pasadena about them & they acknowledged they had them & would be handing out soon. They have had them for 2 weeks. I had no idea they were going to Pasadena. Pasadena should not be the ones to decide where they are delivered when I paid for the shipping for my pictures to come to my house. It's none of their business what I ordered & what they look like. This is a total inconvenience that I was not made aware of & it makes it look bad on your company as if TSS delayed delivery. Another example of Pasadena making bad decisions on their own without consulting with the families and a total lack of communication.
It seemed so hectic the day we were waiting for my son's photo to be taken at the park. It wasn't because of TSS, it was the lack of coordination at the park. You were taking individual and group photos of MULTIPLE football players, team photos, cheerleaders, and cheerleading squads. When we received my son's photos, I was overwhelmed. They are AWESOME! There was a tiny bit of damage to the back of the corner of the plaque, but it's not noticeable hanging on the wall.
