We received our pictures about 2 weeks after the photo shoot---that's a pretty quick turn-around time.
We also received photos that were damaged in the mail. Although that's not a good thing, TSS worked quickly to get the problem solved by mailing out new ones. This was excellent customer service.
Lastly, I like the variety/selection of different products to choose from.
