I started going to Fitness Together because of a torn L3/L4 and the physical issues that were associated with that injury. This was 5+ years ago and I can say without Fitness Together I would not have been able to continue to due the things I enjoy (golf, skiing) without their help. My body is stronger now that it has ever been - thank you!

I primarily work with Madeline and Nancy who are awesome, but quite frankly, every trainer on staff is exceptionally professional and competent.
