The service I receive is always quick and efficient. Staff are super friendly and very knowledgable. They suggest great product and services but aren't pushy.

The fact that you offer no charge neck clean up. I cut my own hair using a trimmer and have a hard time keeping the back of my neck clean looking.

Kerry-AnnT is absolutely amazing. I've been a regular customer at this location and Kerry Ann is incredible. Always welcoming with a warm smile and amazing customer service. Although the employees at this location are very good, she really stands out from her co-workers. Very thoughtful, considerate and meticulous. I had the VIP cut and was so relaxed that I didn't want to leave. I wanted to write this feedback because I feel she deserves recognition for her efforts. I would be happy to discuss further.

I always call ahead to see if my special lady Patricia is in as she is so friendly and down to earth..She cuts my hair exactly how I want it...I really enjoy going to see her as she puts a smile on my face along with a great cut..I know you don't take reservations but the way I do it is the next best thing...She is so professional and so friendly, it makes my trip so worthwhile.....

It was my first visit to Sports Clips and I was offered the MVP package. When I left the salon it was as if I had undergone a mini spa treatment. The service was exceptional. My stylist was friendly and considerate, provided a great haircut with clean-shaven lines and my hair was cut to the proper length as discussed in advance. She was attentive to detail and the hot towel service and massage was a nice added bonus included with the MVP package. It was though I had just undergone a min spa treatment.
