The difference between good service and ok service is whether the hairdresser/barber looks at the notes from prior cuts. If they look then the cut goes smoothly, but if they don't look it's not so good. Most of your employees do this correctly, but some are stubborn and don't bother. Encourage your staff to read the notes from prior cuts; it really makes a difference and no one else does it.

I would highly recommend this location but advise they only see Bryan. I’ve had my hair cut by others and then fixed by Nicole who I believe is the manager. It was still a mess after the “fix”.

My stylist was amazing

Staff and management are awesome. It's like a Cinderella story without the mean fairy godmother. They're always sweeping and cleaning like not one hair is missed the cut is always precise and near perfect if not perfect and beyond.

The MVP is the best. The head shampoo with the tingling and nice smell. The hot towel also with the nice smell, then the vibrating chair. Finished off with the vibrating gun. Absolutely take my mind off the pressure of the day and give me that moment I need to relax and recharge. Don’t ever change It.
