Very fast and accurate. Good location, lots of parking and places to shop and eat. wish it was easier to make an appointment or check online who is working and the wait for them is. when looking online it shows a general wait time for everyone not the stylist you are actually looking to see, so you could go there and there is a 56 minute wait when online shows 8 minutes or 0 even. Tried online to book appointment but had problem. In person sometimes have to keep going there until you can get in, could take a few trips this way, sometimes its really busy and other times other people working, even different shifts or hours, so it gets more complicated sometimes to get a haircut. Otherwise, been going there for years, although the prices have risen dramatically during that time, wish there were more promotional sales not just for the mvp, not everyone gets that done. would like to see some options for beard trim and just haircuts too. Brian is really good does fast, accurate work, gets the job done. Keep up the a/c, tons of tvs and fast accurate clips.

Nice, easy process from start to finish. Registration is easy. The Big Board shows where you are in the lineup and how far you are from being up. Cut, pay and.your gone. Stylist was good and just chatty enough. Haircut is great.

Most stylists are good with both hair and beard maintenance. Many other pla es are not.
The check-in is easy and allows you to run errands while you wait your turn. Once you're in there are sports on the tvs to keep you entertained. The MVP service is a great option too.

Service is great, the stylist knows exactly how I like my cut. I can see when the stylist is in and when available. Shout out to Bryan who is very professional and always gives me the cut I want.

I arrived at Sport Clips (Queensway) around 3:30 pm. I was immediately welcomed by Stylist, Kim. There would be about a 20 minute wait, as Kim had a customer. The store is bright, clean and all the Stylists are friendly and professional! Kim is an excellent Stylist; friendly, chatting, thorough and does a great haircut and shampoo ( with all the extra 'touches'). I left the Store, very satisfied!
