Staff are always friendly and helpful and I like the idea that you can specifically request a certain stylist based on the way they cut your hair. I recently got my last haircut from Layla at Queensway location and she did an amazing job. (I may have spelled her name wrong )I will definitely go back and request her and recommend to others that the atmosphere in the place makes it very inviting, and can catch up on the highlights from your favorite sports while waiting
