Sam was very professional and eased my tension about getting a hair cut with my longer hair. Years ago, the last time I had long hair, I had a bad hair cut that ultimately resulted in me cutting it short and keeping it so for several years. She made great recommendations throughout the process, and clarified that she understood what I wanted. She recommended a leave-in product that works great to keep my longer hair soft and tangle-free. She also helped me find a great styling product. I had been putting off getting this hair cut for over a year after reflecting on my incident from years prior. Sam did a great job, and I will definitely be back in the future. Great experience. jessica provided excellent suggestions as to the styles for me. great customer service and skill. Problem: i left my credit card in the machine and i left the store at 12 56 pm and
the next day i went to use my card and i didn't have it. retraced my usage and on sunday at 300pm i called sports clips. They had my card (.NO attempt to call me). This was great ! i suggested to jessica , that the manager SHOULD have called me on saturday when they found my card. yes there was no phone # on the card but a 411 search would have found Name removed.Your staff must ensure that ALL efforts are taken to return a customer card the day found...reply requested Name removed
