It was my first time at this location and I was beyond pleased with the service given by Sam. Very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. I've had a couple shampoo massages before that were a little uncomfortable but today was really nice and relaxing. She did an amazing job with my hair as well. I gave her guidelines as to what I like and gave her free reign to do what she thinks would be best. 10/10.
