I have been to no less than 15 different Sport Clips stylists over the years. In that time, I witnessed a ridiculous turnover in staff and the loss of some very good stylists. Over the last couple years, I became very dissatisfied with Sport Clips. The cuts were poorly done and the service was dreadful. My haircuts were rushed; I felt like I was part of an assembly line helping stylists meet their quota rather than receiving a good cut. I was ready to leave Sport Clips and go somewhere that took the time to give a good haircut. Then, one day I was in the north end of London (I live in the south) and I went to Sport Clips, and Lucy cut my hair.She took the time to give me an EXCELLENT cut. I have a Sports Clips 5 minutes from my home but I choose to drive 30 minutes to have Lucy cut my hair. She could teach your assembly line style stylists how to cut hair, do an excellent job, provide outstanding customer service and give the time that is deserved when you are paying for a haircut.
