Online check in is awesome. I drive from an hr away. I don’t waste time sitting I pass the time waiting on the drive ... plus you keep a record of how my hair is cut and my stylist does just that. Nothing more nothing less. MVP’s are the best. I only wish they were longer with the massage. And I wonder why there is a turn over of stylists I like consistency but only because I don’t like having to retrain the ones to cut my hair.
I like the fact that one can walk in a get a cut, generally pretty quickly. I have a demanding work environment and the ability for me to get a cut on my time is quite important. Also, the stylists have a pretty consistent work ethic and understanding of the latest styles and cuts, which I like. Also the stylists are friendly and courteous, and talkative if one wants it, and quiet when one doesn't. Thats important!

Practised social distancing. Never felt crowded. Everyone was very respectful and wore a mask. Staff are always friendly. Great haircut as usual.
