I like that I could just walk in without an apt. i like that there was a sign on the window saying that there was no wait. I like the discounts, 50% on product your first visit, free upgrade to MVP first visit.

I'm very picky about who cuts my hair. I received a free haircut coupon to Sport Clips…and decided to give them an opportunity. I took a photo with me on my phone. My stylist, Denyse, was very receptive to my concerns and "listened carefully" to what I had to say. She took an extrodinary amount of time doing the cut and ensuring she accomplished what I had requested. She also informed me of all of your services. Kudos to her! You're very fortunate to have her on staff!!

Loved the stands to wait in and the complimentary drinks! Very friendly atmosphere, everyone pitching in where needed, even the owner. Great advertising! We came in with a free haircut coupon but will be back! The kids liked the Kelsey's football advertising. Very clever!
