I had a great experience with Cookies by Design. At first, I had a question when looking at the options online, so I called the store, and they answered right away with an answer. I placed a rather large order with only about a weeks' notice. They had all the cookies done right on time and they all looked amazing and tasted great. We handed them out to our staff as a thank you for Thanksgiving. Everyone was so appreciative and impressed with the cookies. We will definitely be using them again.

I needed a cookie cake for Thanksgiving. Because of where I live, it had to be shipped. I was concerned that the cookie would break during shipping. But I live in the mountains, and I really didn't have a choice. I was surprised at how week the cookie was packed. It came in perfect condition.

Cookies are not overly sweet and just the right texture. Personalized turkey cookies were a
huge hit with the children. They felt so special. Adults appreciated the Fall cookie designs
perfect for the Thanksgiving holiday and the mini cookies were a treat for the garbage collector

It was very easy to order online and according to the recipients, the cookie basket looked beautiful.

Delivered on time. The product actually looked like web page. So we received what was expected. The quality and taste was good. The delivery person (?) texted to let me know the order was delivered.

The only negative is I thought the delivery price was too high given how much the product itself already costs. Especially because the order is sent to the closest location. The actual cost to produce vs what is charged should more than cover charging an $18 delivery fee plus $3.00 service fee. You would think more of this charge is already built into the price and you would apply a lower price on delivery. My $79 order quickly went to $101. I had a $100 budget.

I am thankful for your great cookies and service every year! I order Thanksgiving cookies every year from Cookies by Design Englewood as a hostess gift and the family loves them - they are decorated beautifully and taste delicious. This year I ordered cookies to celebrate an engagement in the family and they were even more gorgeous!

This is the best place to order gift baskets from. Its fast and friendly service. When I needed a cookie basket at the last minute recently they helped me out quickly. The person on the receiving end had the biggest smile when she saw it. She said the cookies were very good. Of course she put it on her facebook ! I would also.
