I had questions about my order and the customer service person was friendly and helpful. I was impressed when I got a call from the delivery person to confirm that he had delivered the bouquet to the nurse's station and was almost apologetic that he was not allowed to take it to the room himself! He demonstrated an extremely caring attitude and desire to do his job well! And the cookies were excellent according to the recipient! Thank you!
