I ORDERED ON LINE AND CALLED TWICE TO ADD TO THE GREETING CARD AND THEY WERE VERY ACCOMADATING.
The service and product were great. We had a problem with delivery. The gift came on time but the delivery box was placed on it's side, inside of the arrow facing up. Therefore the cookies were shifted. This gift was for my Grandson, but my daughter had to rearrange the gift basket.
I think you just need to talk with your delivery service.
