My daughter was thrilled with her birthday cookie cake. Cookies by design was able to take the order on short notice and modify one of their designs as she wished. The cookie cake was delicious. I used the Baltimore, MD (Bel Air Road) location - the customer service was fantastic.They made pick-up very easy. I was afraid of running late, and they let me know that they could accommodate a late pick up through one of their partner businesses. Thank you very much!

The products are always top notch, cute, fun, colorful. This time around, I had outstanding delivery service. I just needed to let you know what impeccable customer service Dawn in Baton Rouge provided today. She called asking for a room number. I didn’t have it but she agreed to wait and deliver later after I got it. A half hour turned into an hour then an hour and a half. After many suggestions about who to call and how to contact them, I finally got the number and she delivered the basket. Her persistence, patience, and the communication is what has now made me a customer forever. Thank her so much. I wish I could hire her away from you! Great job, great communication, great customer service!!! And I have an incredibly appreciative employee that received the bouquet.
