I get one for my dad every Father's day and for his birthday. He looks forward to them and shares them with the people at his office. They all love it.

The cookies from what I hear are delicious. The presentation is usually beautiful accept for this last time, I ordered for my son and daughter-in-law's anniversary and for the first time sent it to another state and the picture he showed me made me want to cry. The cookies were a mess and not presented well at all. This is not your norm so that is why I still highly recommend you.

They are fun. Your sugar cookies are my absolute favorite. They can be sent for any occasion practically. It just works out nicely for me. The cost is a little high but I do understand “overhead”. Delivery and shipping costs are very high and that is something that I would hope would be looked at for reducing going forward.

Cookies by Design's service was outstanding! I called the day before I needed cookies delivered and the person with whom I spoke was so nice and very helpful. The custom cooke/nut basket was delivered when promised and the recipient tells me everything was fabulous. Thank you!!

The winter garden location is fantastic! The downtown Orlando location is closed for the summer but nothing is stated on the website. The winter garden location called right away and helped me get my husband’s cookie basket delivered. He was surprised and the cookies were soooo good! I appreciate their flexibility
