I love that I can get same day or next day delivery. In my case the person had emergency surgery and I wanted a cookie bouquet home delivered next day. According to the recipients, the cookies are always delicious and the designs are always fun and appropriate for any occasion.

I recently placed a order for my mom. She was were happy with the dog cookies, they were hand delivered and wrapped up really well. The cookie design was really well done, the baker did a great job. The cookies was very detailed and almost hate to eat them.
I can always count on them to be on time with these amazing cookies, perfectly decorated. All my family that live in greater KC area cant wait for their Birthday Bouquets!

After placing my order with the company, I had a problem with the delivery timeframe. Called back to the company to speak with a representative.
Explained the problem which I was having along with being very disappointed that the package wasn’t delivered on time.
Cookies by designed, resolved this the same day! Called FedEx- trace down my delivery. I received it two days later, thanks to a representative from the company taking time out to do the job!!
