The cookies are wonderful. Don't change the recipe. Delivery worked well although a little pricey. The order website had some difficulty recognizing an accurate address so you should check on that. Otherwise love your product.

Sent a cookie Bouquet with the wrong name on it. They called and told me that the person was not in the hospital. I realized that I had the wrong name on it and told them. They fixed it and delivered it without a problem.

I did wonder why it took two business days for these to be delivered (to Greensboro--from Charlotte) when I ordered on a Thursday/Friday and they did not arrive until Tuesday....I was disappointed in that, as they were advertised as one day delivery....
