I sent the cookies, so I have not personally tasted them. However, I have been informed my niece and nephew "dove into them and loved them". I ordered from your company because I specifically wanted Gluten Free cookies.
I also received an email saying the cookies had been delivered to the front door. I called the Thousand Oaks Cookies by Design business to ask if someone could please call and let my sister know she had a delivery, since they never use their front door. The girl I spoke to was very helpful and according to my sister, called her and let her know she had a delivery waiting for her at her front door. I really appreciate that whoever called my sister didn't give her any more information (even when asked what the cookie message said) as it was a great surprise for her when she arrived home. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone who is looking to send a cookie bouquet. Thank you!

The website was great and very easy to nativagte. I live in Texas and my friend/receipent wasn't home unfortunately. But I got a call from the guy who delivered to let me know exactly where he put it plus called her to let her know she had a delivery. Phenomenal customer service!

I ordered a cookie cake which is my daughter's favorite. It was very yummy, looked so cute, and was delivered exactly when I wanted it. She's a teacher and shared it with her 3rd graders and there wasn't a complaint to be heard!

I live in NC and needed a cookie bouquet sent to my Mom who had just suffered a loss. Cookies are sooo much better than flowers. I ordered them late at night and they were delivered the next day. My Mom loved them and shared them with her friends.
