My sister loved the cookies. I initially was disappointed because I was offered a dozen free with my order and she didn't receive them, but before I even had time to call about it she sent word that they had delivered her TWO dozen cookies the next business day. They must have realized the mistake and set it right.

I called and asked if there could be a small 'window' of time (morning delivery). They cheerfully and gladly said they would do their best to accommodate the request- and they did! Also, the cookies were very fresh and the icing was expertly done. I will recommend Cookies by Design Brookfield and will be a return customer because of their great customer service.
