The staff at the Kennewick location went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct. I ordered from out of State and they called me twice to verify what I wanted. My daughter LOVED her arrangement and she said that the cookies were delicious.

The cookies are fresh and delicious -- always a welcome treat for those who receive them. A perfect way to say thank you or congratulations. Delivery is always prompt and this last time I even received a call letting me know when the cookies had been delivered, a very thoughtful gesture above and beyond the level of customer service most of us experience in today's hustle-bustle world.
