I had to call the store because I was having problems with The website. I was quickly connected to an associate who was kind and quick to answer my question. She even called back to clarify something to make sure everything was right.

Everything! They are so easy to order, such a wide variety of unique cookies to pick from for all occasions,and the customer service (especially Amy at the Naperville store) is the best . At the last minute I needed to change the delivery date. I called in a panic and Amy took care of everything for me. I needed the cookies to be delivered the next day and Amy made sure my order was on the truck. My friend was thrilled with her 60th birthday bouquet and had a chance to enjoy them before she left town.

They are adorable and good for men, women and children.
