I really like your services and the products were very delicious. I would just like a better system for tracking packages or at least being able to select or know a delivery time especially when delivering to businesses that close by a certain time.

Nice, friendly, prompt service. The gourmet cookie basket with balloon looked really nice from the photo that my niece sent me, and I'm sure the cookies were delicious. I live in Florida and my niece lives in Tulsa, so I was looking for something local and this fit the need perfectly. Thank you so much.

I already love your cookies but I was very impressed to have gotten a personal phone call as well as an email letting me know that my daughter's package was not able to be delivered by UPS on the first attempt. She has now received her delivery and loves the cookies as much as I do. I will be ordering from Cookies by Design again in the future!
