Fantastic cookies, designs and delivery service!

I live out of town and I ordered Cookies for a family who had lost their Grandmother. After placing the order I discovered one of the family members was gluten free. I placed a call and without hesitation or additional charge the order was changed. An hour later I discovered the service was out of town and the family would not be at home. The cookies were already out for delivery. I was contacted by the driver who bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. I can't say enough about how caring and kind these people were. The family sent me a picture of the Cookies and they were amazing. Thank you! Terry from Austin

The order was a rush. A friend of ours had lost his mom to a battle with cancer. We wanted to send him something to cheer him up. Our friend was coming back to Chicago on Thursday and we wanted the cookies delivered on a Wednesday - I made the call on a Tuesday. The website told me Thursday was the earliest delivery date. I immediately called Indianapolis, gave them the order number and told them the urgency of the delivery. The person I spoke with was very considerate and accommodating. Efficiency with which the order is filled. I always get a call to confirm if there is any issue. There is ALWAYS a courtesy call back to inform me the delivery has been made. You guys are awesome!
