There was a wide variety to choose from. The courier arrived at the specified location on the given date and time, and even provided a courtesy call upon completion. I love supporting small local businesses, and was happy that I did. Was not expecting as high a delivery cost as the "ship to" address was in Miami, but the service was very good. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

I'm so impressed! I ordered a delivery for a friend whose father had just passed away. The web site told me the delivery wouldn't happen until the following Monday. Minutes after I placed the online order, I received a call and a gentleman told me my order had been received and asked if it would be okay if the order was delivered 3 days early! What personalized service!

Quality tasty cookies

First off, the cookies are delicious. You have something for every occasion. And the one time I did have a problem, you took care of it immediately. All the employees that I have had connect with were very friendly and helpful.

I purchased a basket for my sons 21st birthday and had it sent to his university. Unfortunately his school was closed from the winter storm. I was extremely worried that I spent a lot of money on a basket and he would be able to enjoy it. I called the cookies by design office and they assured me that the cookies were individually wrapped for freshness and last about 12 days. He finally received his basket and I along with my son were so happy. Each cookie was individually wrapped and he loved, loved, loved the basket of beer shaped cookies. It was worth every penny. He and his roomies devoured it!,,

My boyfriend sends me flowers all the time but is too masculine too like receiving them in return. I decided to send him your cookies a while back and he LOVED them...and so did his coworkers! The cookies are a wonderful way to make someone feel special, and Cookies by Design has even been great about delivering last minute. All around wonderful!

The cookies are very tasty and the displays are creative and clever, with a lot of choices for whatever the occasion. Also appreciated the phone call to let me know they'd been delivered.

I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. I received a phone call when I placed the order online to confirm they had received it. I also received a phone call after they delivered the cookie bouquet. Furthermore, the bouquet was incredible! Everyone who saw it, loved it! I even gave a few co-workers the contact information to order cookie bouquets.

I loved that I was in need of a last minute birthday gift and I was able to get something special delivered on the same day.

The online ordering process was easy. When I called the store to speak with an employee to confirm receipt of the order, I was treated professionally and kindly. The delivery person called my son to track him down at his SDSU dorm. I appreciate the customer service because it was very important that my son receive the cookies on time because it was the first time away from family on his birthday.

He sent a picture because he was so impressed with the design details on the cookies. Great job!
