You were very patient when my credit card did not go through because I put an incorrect expiration date. You tried to contact me four times by phone and email. When I finally did connect with you it was mid-day on Saturday and you still got the cookies warm to my parents. I truly appreicate this extra effort.

What do you like about our products and services?

I like that you are a local company that delivers your own products. I've ordered from you for Valentine's Day for my boyfriend the last two years, and he is always excited to receive the delivery without having to open a box. It just makes it more personal. The cookies are always very good, too!
