It was easy to order but I thought the delivery would be on Tuesday, not Wednesday when I ordered the Friday before. I knew it was being delivered by UPS/Fed Ex to Rome, GA from Hixson, TN and that was why there was a $25 delivery fee. I did not know about the additional $2 service charge.
