When I did the first review I hit the wrong button and said it wasn't good. It was a very good experience. I ordered in the afternoon and it was delivered the next morning. I was notified it was delivered also which was nice. The person I had the cookies delivered to loved it. Said it was beautiful and the cookies were awesome!!!

Placed order through this store which was about an hour from delivery site instead of going through corporate. Very nice in placing the order and it arrived the day they stated. Cookies looked & tasted great according to the recipients.

I was very pleased with the customer service! The delivery driver, Tory, called me before she left on her route for the day because there was some confusion with the address and she wanted to ensure she delivered to the correct location. I had some major hassles with another cookie delivery company in the past, and I was really impressed by the level of service provided by Cookies by Design. In addition to the quality service, it sounds like my brother really enjoyed his cookie cake too!
