The service was great. I called the center in Texas, had questions, everything was answered to my satisfaction. My sister in law and family loved the bouquet and the extras that came along w it. This is the first time I have used this particular service and I will probably use it again. The only suggestion I would like to make is that there be some confirmation that the delivery has been made. As in my case, the family is having to concentrate on their loved one and really don't have the time to let me know that they had received the cookies. I finally did call today to be sure that they had received it which, in a way, I felt like I was needing an "atta girl" for the gift. When something costs as much as this did, I really would like to have had some confirmation thru email that it had been delivered. Thank you.
