Fantastic customer service! Local, well managed, personal and friendly shop.
I ordered 5 dozen company logo cookies for a Grand Opening in Scottsdale. Not only did the owner call me back twice, but she helped me through the process and sent me a picture of what the finished cookie would look like.
Everything was on time when I flew in from out of state, cookies were individually packed beautifully with a white satin bow. I displayed on gold trays and were a total hit. I had to order more since people wanted more a week later. The lettering, fondant, cookie density and lemon shortbread flavor was perfect. The ring of crystallized sugar added the perfect border and none of the sugar came off! Well done 5 star Cookies by Design!
