The Baltimore Cookies By Design was exceptional. I had a problem with the address being entered incorrectly. Not only did they fix MY error but their communication, with me, was wonderful and efficient - making sure that I knew that they had fixed the address and it was on it's way! The communication was accomplished both by text AND email. Thank you Ahmed for all of your efforts and to the other members of the team for making sure everything worked out perfectly. The Baltimore Cookies By Design truly went above and beyond to make sure that my "New Kid on The Block" cookie basket was delivered safely and early much to the delight of the recipients.

It was nice to be able to order online and select my pick up date. They called to confirm my order and to let me know a specific time the cookies would be ready. Very easy to pick up and friendly staff. The cookies turned out great and the kids enjoyed them!
