The quality of the cookies and brownies was amazing. I had never tasted the brownies before and they were actually some of the best I have ever had in my life! Also, I had called that morning and asked that delivery avoid a certain window of time. My request was granted when the deliver occurred before my wife had to leave. I was very satisfied with the whole experience!

Appearance.

I ordered off the website. I live in Michigan. They came from Texas. I’m not sure why they would send it from Texas if there are stores in Michigan. That is the only thing I didn’t care for. They could have been cracked or melted though they weren’t.

Our niece loved the bouquet of cookies it was a great birthday gift, it was great to be able to have it delivered the next day. Customer service is top notch.

The birthday boy and his brothers enjoyed the cookies and the brownies very much. I have used this store a number of times and have always been very happy.

It was just what I ordered and they were delivered with care. I was extremely satisfied with the cookie delivery. I appreciated the phone call to let me make sure leaving them on the porch was okay. I will definitely use them again, and will recommend them to others.

We live in Michigan and our granddaughter lives in Frederick Md. She was having her first band recital at school and we wanted to send her a cookie bouquet. When I first called the Baltimore store, I thought the bouquet would update be shipped and not delivered. Angelina looked up cookie stores in Frederick that deliver. After reviewing these other stores, we decided to go with Cookies by Design in Baltimore. I called back and Angelina said they deliver to Frederick, an hour away. She took our order and our granddaughter as well as the rest of the family loved the cookies. Angelina went above and beyond in servicing us. Unfortunately we live in Michigan by we asked our family in Md to refer their friends to Cookies by Design in Baltimore.
